      Pros

      Mostly good people and fun work environment. Had the best direct boss I have ever had there.

      Cons

      Same as any other ad agency, everything was due yesterday and clients often took advantage of the desire for an agency partner to never say no, but nothing you don't find at every other ad agency. The main con was that I got laid off. Otherwise I would have loved to stay at this job for a long time.

      Pros

      Great team to work with, get to see some cool shoes and since its a startup you get to be heard.

      Cons

      Space is a bit limited but hopefully we are moving soon!

      Clean provides a very welcoming environment for new designers getting into the industry. They provided many opportunities for me to work on real client projects.

      Cons

      The pay was not very high.
