Pros
While Clean started as a dynamic, energized agency that was filled with promising clients, opportunities and a robust culture, it is done. The new CEO has taken what was amazing and shrank a bustling 54 people business to less than 10 in 2 years. I miss what we had. New office space is cool though, except no one goes.
Cons
Lack of room for growth (none), no winning new clients, ongoing clients are reducing services, it is a good ol' boys club of the two main leaders who just talk to each other and pump each other up. Horribly at that. If it survives another year we would be shocked.
