Pros

Good attempt at a mission, dedicated hard working staff

Cons

100% remote work environment, fast paced. Very top down. Micromanaged to the extreme. Competing priorities. (Perfectly written from another post: The organization is in shambles. Leadership hasn't a clue on how to lead. They have been working on a reorg for 18 months with no results. All decisions are made by a couple of people who, quite frankly, are clueless on what actually goes on with their staff. Complete disconnect. Utter lack of any interest on what is going on with their staff or how the staff can best serve the company. They ramped up too fast, with no sure way of funding the growth. Now to theyare like "whoops my bad, you guys have to go." This was 100% preventable. Never had any performance reviews or even a check in. Leadership is very close minded and not welcoming to others or their ideas)

Pros

Excellent organization if you enjoy solving complex problems. Staff are extremely passionate, dedicated to their work, and focused on impact. The work environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and intentional about breaking silos. Leadership (despite being stretched thin) is truly top notch, and recently added leadership capabilities are already proving to be effective.

Cons

Remote work environment is a con for some; DC and Boston have offices that staff can use.
