      Pros

      Awesome Work Environment. The cause is worthwhile all your efforts and hard work. They motivate you to grow, especially if you are a beginner. The low rate of employee turnover indicates how employees feel loyal to the organization. Being an NGO they are quite considerate towards their employees.

      Cons

      Salary compared to other international organizations is a bit low. Perks are also minimal.

      Pros

      Clean Air Asia has the best work culture there is. Employees are very friendly and would really guide you from the ground up. There are also a lot of opportunity to learn and contribute to the community.

      Cons

      The company only offers 400 for onsite work and 200 for work which is below the 75% of the minimum wage of regular employees in Manila. However, I heard that once you are regularized, the compensation is good despite being a fresh graduate with no experience.
