Decent pay, good access to work and premium clients. Pushes for D&I initiatives, but still mostly white male private school educated types from the easter
Cons
Poor management and leadership, partners more interested in their own work and not really invested in junior lawyers and their development. Toxic culture at times, with all kinds of personalities, workplace bullying and harassment does occur here. Lack of work life balance, always expected to work ahead of personal life commitments if work is busy. Still mostly filled with the privileged types i.e. white male, private school educated, from the eastern suburbs and lower north shore of Sydney.
