Pros

Completely remote. Easy communication with manager and team. Mangers are very transparent. Training is great and there is third party applications used for learning on your own time. You can also take time during the work week to train and learn. Quarterly team outings. Restaurants, bowling, drinks, gun range, etc. All Clayton Employees get quarterly bonuses based off pay and company earnings. (Up to 17%.) OfficeVibe - anonymous survey application for feedback from team members. These answer can be read by anyone from your manager to the CEO. Management can also send out custom surveys. 8 Hours of VTO - Volunteered time off. Clayton will pay for you to volunteer your time to any cause you would like to help in.

Cons

The pay is mid range for the area of the corporate office in East TN. Median wage is roughly $20 for tech support in TN. Clayton is a national company, and I think they should pay national average. Costs in TN are rising to where I'm losing money in hourly wages. Clayton is bad about pay equity. People who have been with the company for 5+ years can be making $5 under new hire pay. I know this from first hand experience. Asking around the company further proved this. 20 days PTO hiring in. All things considered, this isn't the worst, but I would argue that if a company is going to be progressive with work life balance, then the PTO should reflect that. Maternal and Paternal leave is about as average as other companies like this.

Pros

Benefits, Casual TM's, pay (for most TM's), A laid back environment. No dress code, no attendance rules, Bonuses every week. Team Leader pay, Career opportunities, depending on who you are, Schedule, work life balance.

Cons

Treatment from management at facilities and Home Office, Pay for TM's who do not have management in their job title but do the work, no recognition for the TMs behind the work that makes the mangers look good. The way that most, not all of managers, talk to the laborers, Frustration work environment, challenging.
