Insurance and PTO (if you can last that long)

Cons

There is a lack of communication between managers and the employee. They have mandatory meetings just to hear themselves talk, most of the information is common sense. When the GM will bless us with his presence its normally to discuss the bonus and why he's moving it around, if you do the math, management will always come out ahead. They will ask for your opinion only to retaliate after you speak up. Don't bother learning anyone's name they probably wont be there long. This past year they handed out two t-shirts so far. Christmas bonus or Longevity bonus? you're working for the wrong company. Its hot in the summer and cold in the winter, you might wanna spring for a rain jacket as well, you will work outside. Values? Nope, leave those at home, they are unwelcome here ! They do not pay you to think for yourself. If fact if you do come up with an idea, they will shoot you down, wait a month or two only to claim it for themself.

Pros

Benefits, Casual TM's, pay (for most TM's), A laid back environment. No dress code, no attendance rules, Bonuses every week. Team Leader pay, Career opportunities, depending on who you are, Schedule, work life balance.

Cons

Treatment from management at facilities and Home Office, Pay for TM's who do not have management in their job title but do the work, no recognition for the TMs behind the work that makes the mangers look good. The way that most, not all of managers, talk to the laborers, Frustration work environment, challenging.
