      Pros

      Clayco offers a great culture of growth and opportunity. There is always something for the hungry employee to do, touch, play with, but in order to excel you must show initiative. The perks in the offices are great, the people are generally awesome, and they are always growing.

      Cons

      Constant change in IT leadership. Constant. Change in direction, change in accountability, change in vendor choice, change in reporting structure and staff.

      Thank you for your review. We agree that we have a great culture. With growth there is constant evolution, but uniquely we have been able to maintain our sense of values that got us to where we are today!
