Being onsite can be brutal. Their slogan is "the job is the boss" so work/life balance is out the window. During my interview I was told I would be on a job that was within 15 minutes of my house, right when I started they put me on one over an hour away, I had no say in it. I was told hours were "normal" and Saturdays were limited - I consistently was required to work 12 hours a day "on top of an hour+ commute both ways) and every 3rd Saturday, I felt like I didn't have any time to myself or my family and if I spoke out about it, I was essentially told "too bad, most people get over it eventually".
