      Pros

      Flexibiity for the most part, in house gym with trainer

      Cons

      No HR department to help keep them ethical, unfair raise and salary program, depends on how well you are liked not by how hard you work, employ incompetent people and make the good employees work harder providing the same compensation. Poor management in certain departments.
