Pros

- Leadership is smart, positive and really cares about the team. - There are some very talented and fun people to work with, and the company has a very friendly, tight-knit vibe to it. A lot of expats means there's a lot of friendships forming within. - It's very comfortable place to work with. You can generally set your own hours, work at your own pace and have a high degree of freedom with your choices all around. - The product is exciting to work with, and it's pretty common to see the product you work with around in offices and apartments. You can't help but feel a sense of pride in it! - Legendary team trips and activities, such as winter sports, summer outings and a lot of sponsored activities. The company always picks up the beer tab, and they're not picky about it!

Cons

- Company has a hard time letting go of toxic employees due to their history and long tenure. This makes for some pretty frustrating moments. - The culture of the parent company seems to be leaking into the previously friendly, tight-knit start-up culture. - Making employees pay for the groceries for sandwich lunches is... odd. Such an inexpensive investment carries such a heavy symbolism.

Pros

Working with people who're excellent at what they do- so much to learn from each other. Serving industry leaders with a growing product- at times stressful, but definitely worth the challenge. Making an impact from day one- Lots of freedom to speak up, make suggestions, come up with new ideas and use latest technologies. Everyone has a powerful voice. Possibility to grow and develop new skills- Clay is a team of 25 but is part of SALTO with more than 500 employees. So there is a lot of room to grow and support is given to learn new things, take courses, attend conferences etc. Family like culture- team events, annual ski trips, summer getaways

Cons

I like to work in a scale-up environment, but for people who're used to working at larger companies with very specific roles and lots of resources might feel a little overwhelmed with the pace and the roll up your sleeves way of working.

Pros

Clay has an unique working environment; it's relaxed but still professional so you can do your job. Colleagues give good feedback on your work. Everyone at Clay is very friendly and everyone is accepted as they are. As an intern you get to learn alot with Clay; both technical as professional skills.

Cons

As an intern, some co-workers might have little-to-no spare time to help you
