      Positions are extremely easy across the company. Pay is decent for the area.

      Cons

      Management does not communicate. The front office does not communicate to dock about shipments. A lot of drama across the board. Pay is not industry standard for positions worked. Management and HR do not fix any issues employees bring to their attention.

      Vast floor options for crew members. Flexible scheduling and fairness amongst all employees. Cleanliness and well kelp machinery and equipments.

      Cons

      Anyone can apply and then leave before or after the probationary period which puts loads of work on all employees.
