      I enjoy working with the team and feel supported when I need it. My managers are flexible and fair, and we all work well together. As the company grows, I’ve been given opportunities to develop and contribute in areas where we can improve, which has been rewarding.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the business, the role involves a fair amount of travel.

      Pros

      Easy to communicate with directors / management. Helpful team that you can learn and grow from that is always willing to teach anything in regards to IT. Healthy levels of responsibilities that will help you grow as a person and in your career. Higher levels of trust in regards to IT responsibilities compared to other companies which will only give you one role and limited options. Excellent company culture 10/10 Talented and experienced individuals who have the knowledge and can give the best industry advice.
