Due to the nature of the business, the role involves a fair amount of travel.

Easy to communicate with directors / management. Helpful team that you can learn and grow from that is always willing to teach anything in regards to IT. Healthy levels of responsibilities that will help you grow as a person and in your career. Higher levels of trust in regards to IT responsibilities compared to other companies which will only give you one role and limited options.
