      You learn everything about how a startup functions from business to product and tech, regardless of your profile. Pay-scale is good. Multiple opportunities to earn ESOPs.

      Cons

      The company used to be a tech and employee first company. But, now the company is only focusing on profitability. Which is in fact good for the company, but as an employee you can’t expect much empathy with these changes. Job insecurity
