      ClassifiedAds.com supports innovation, big ideas and constantly seeks new ways to improve strategies. Departments are given goals to achieve which really ignites collaboration between all teams in the company. Fun start-up culture that's fun to be part of. Biggest asset is knowing your importance to the company and how you impact the bottom line. Also, expect no politics, games and a lot of fun amongst peers.

      There really isn't any. Great fun company to work for.

      ClassifiedAds.com is not your stuffy, corporate atmosphere where goals are unclear and your voice goes unheard. You are encouraged to speak up, have a say, and try new and different things. At the end of the day you will be the one who gets the fist bump in front of the company instead of your boss taking all of the credit. Have an idea? Run with it. Open office with TV's and Couches lends itself to all day collaboration. Need a quick mental break? Hit the game room. We may challenge each other, but we are family and solve problems together.
