Pros

benefits are good, coworkers are nice

Cons

I worked for Classic for 4 years and moved my way up to the assistant manager. I was transferred to another location to help turn it around and with in a year I was a top three for State Farm shops in the area and I was number one State Farm shop in Classic area and me an the shop manager made took Allstate from a tier two to a tier one. then out of the blue i was informed me position was eliminated Classic did not offer me another position at a different location. I find it unusual they would treat a good employee this way.

Pros

New facility state of the art equipment

Cons

They are not about their word. They make promises and don’t follow through. Compensation is well below the minimum industry standard according to other shops in the area, Glassdoor and indeed. I was continuously told ‘we are a start up shop. Once we get built up, we will take care of you. I was building this company without any help from the GM. The only time he was present was when upper management showed up at the shop. Otherwise, he was out walking around and on his personal cell phone.
