Pros

New facility state of the art equipment

Cons

They are not about their word. They make promises and don’t follow through. Compensation is well below the minimum industry standard according to other shops in the area, Glassdoor and indeed. I was continuously told ‘we are a start up shop. Once we get built up, we will take care of you. I was building this company without any help from the GM. The only time he was present was when upper management showed up at the shop. Otherwise, he was out walking around and on his personal cell phone.

Pros

Steady Hours, and also having the weekends constantly off. Not much of an issue getting overtime paid.

Cons

Management not always being there when you actually need them.
