Pros
Nothing , 6-7 years old company it is but they have the success story of only 2-3 people in such a big tenure. They Hold the salaries. They believed in hiring the labour’s not employees.
Cons
They don’t have any way to work and how to achieve the targets. Running blindly. Top most people will make the plan but if it fails they will not face any consequences ,only lower level
Employees will face the consequences. Salary is all variable,like wages. Dirty politics is there. Don’t join if you are very serious about your career.
