I will explain you in detail.. First they hire you with min of 20K salary but the salary will be given only if you have meet your target every month. Your target will be 10 times of your salary. Have incentive structure but never gave you incentive if you have met your targets. They hire fresher for month expecting a target from you. if you won't meet the client you have generated will be given to existing employees. And you will be fired without salary. And all the efforts are into vain. You have made this customer hot and while he pays money you had thrown out of company and target completed by your Sr. And also give you glassdoor review link to add good things This is their policy. Not a single satisfied customer they have. They also tell you to work in counselling but actually it's a waste of time. Please if you can't get a job then wait for the best but don't join this company. Don't spoil your career. Take it seriously..
