Pros

Free T-shirts and cheesy parties.

Cons

Earn a bachelors degree in graphic design and land yourself this dream job at 8 bux an hour. Family owned company talks about "expanding" which is true for about 6 months until they fire half the workforce. They pay off certain companies to get good reviews in the newspaper and spy on their employees with the chat program you use. It's all good though i saw the owner in his mercedes at starbucks as i pulled up with my bmw so obviously leaving the company was only a blessing for me. Wouldn't be surprised if Greg left due to him even realizing that company isnt going anywhere. Cheap inks which wear down quickly and poor quality materials. Overwork the mexican employees in the back and take advantage of them. This is a company with a rotten center. Good employees like myself leave quickly and go into more lucrative business on my own. No benefits no nothing except maybe minimum wages. Do us a favor and just sell the company or liquidate so you stop providing useless jobs.

Pros

Great company that really cares about it's product and customers. The management is really good too and they operate with an open door policy. They don't keep anything from its employees and they make decisions with you, not for you. I've been working here for 1 year and I've had 3 decent raises. They are trying to encourage more local sales and increase volume for national sales, this company is only going to get more and more successful.

Cons

Small company so no benefits are offered. Slow season is long and SLOW so that can be grueling sometimes.

Pros

The owner is cool, not uptight or strict about taking time off or leaving early if need be.

Cons

No room for advancement, the job is what it is, and there’s not really any positions to move up to. Pay is low. You spend the majority of your day listening to people gossip about others in the office while trying to work, and the ever-changing licensing rules and regulations are ridiculous. Very repetitive jobs.
