- The higher ups don't care for the staff and only care about profit - The pay is very low and they rarely give pay rises - I was stuck on a site alone for about 3 months just after I recently finished my apprenticeship and didn't get much help at all from the company - I had a issue with a manager and raised it up but very little was done, when the issue persisted it got to a point where I caught him spying on my machine with some software we had for remote access. I uninstalled the software to stop him and I got in trouble for it..
