Pros
Consumers are great , most staff are nice to work with .
Cons
No sick days , no vacations or personal time off . Stress level thru roof because you give and all they do is keep taking. Shuffle to other house even tho your hired for one . They don't care about their staff ( employees). I started as direct care then supervisor and the pay is not great considering you lose a week of your life for an on call 24 hours. Lol 17$ a day for that.
