      Pros

      It was awesome getting to learn this side of the mental health business. Management tries to make it the best environment possible for staff and patients. Rewarding to work in the community.

      Cons

      Like most mental health services in the area - understaffed and overworked staff and management. Difficult to learn the skills needed because senior staff are always going to be very busy

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
