      Flexible schedule and ability to work from home.

      Cons

      You don't get a severance when you get laid off when they close offices and their communication is horrible and their HR team is very disorganized. They also do not treat all employees fairly.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
