      Pay is decent, great coworkers, happiness of the clients, overtime, flexible hours, referral bonus

      Exhausting, feeling underappreciated (dont really get a bonus for the work we do), stressful, call-outs and not having a choice but to continue working,

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
