      ABA team has great employee culture Everyone is very valued for what they do Management is amazing - they truly care about you as a person not just an employee As long as you meet billables you can make your schedule however you want Lots of freedom

      Cons

      Non competitive salary No room for growth Very high BT turnover - you’ll end up running a lot of direct hours IT and HR are terrible

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
