      The clients are amazing Great experience You get to make a difference (if you get to see your clients)

      Cons

      Some placements don't like you and can keep you from doing your job which defeats the purpose of you being there. Documentation system that can delete or hide your work causing you to have to redo it.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
