      Great staff and colleagues to work with.

      Cons

      During difficult times of a pandemic, expectations from supervisors were unattainable. We were given higher caseloads, longer days and no raise. Therapists were not valued.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
