      Camaraderie, helping make a difference, inclusion.

      Cons

      Pay was considerably low for almost all staff (other than State Office employees). High stress; insurmountable amount of work and expectations placed on staff at every level. High turnover rate.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
