      AWFULLY LOW PAY! Rude clientele, no room for advancement, not paid nearly enough for having a bachelors degree, upper management keeps everyone in the dark on everything.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
