      Not many but employees have a lot of freedom to do their job

      Cons

      Molds issue that they refuse to address for more than 2 years until the ceiling collapsed, bad management, horrible pay, overworked, managment gives you responsiblies that is out of your competency

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
