I mean if you see someone put their finger in gravy and put it in there mouth and stick the food back in the microwave you would not participate as well. The company gives credit to the ones that do not do the work. Senior Benefit Specialists gets all the kudos while the benefit specialist does the work. It's alot of teacher pet situations going on. No one stays.
