Pros
FPS has their heart in the right place when in comes to clients and staff. They truly care about whether or not services are clinically sound and if staff are being provided with the resources they need to do their job well.
Cons
As a large company, the push for consistency across the state reduces the ability of individual regions to make little tweaks here and there to manage individual situations or provide a better outcome or experience through personalized responses.
