      Pay is not enough to support oneself Very unstable hours (especially in the summer) Lack of communication from the office Low compensation for traveling and training TSS do not have access to client files, unlike other BHRS companies Lots of paperwork that must be dropped off to the office every week

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
