      Great personal & resume experience; unique population; group cohesion & staff support.

      Cons

      Continuously understaffed, inability to hire quality management, no raises. It is also very obvious that the company focuses on profits more than it does on the employees.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
