      a lot of travel from client to client, hard to contact higher ups, pay could be better.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
