Low pay, constant changes in policies and how they want you to do things (which leaves you in constant fear of getting fired), reports to have flexibility in schedule but after everything they make you do it’s not at all flexible, reports benefits but you have to make and keep their certain quota to get it, poor trainings and even poorer management. It’s not a good place to work, or to receive any type of services.
