Pros
-Great co-workers (even would consider them my "work family") -Management is understanding of whatever issues can come up or difficulties in job (very good at thinking outside of the box) -Supervisor coaches me in job frequently -Challenged in job, resulting in job satisfaction -Yearly reviews/raises
Cons
There are a lot of job tasks to juggle and things change frequently but this is great for growth/learning experience. You need to be able to speak up when it is needed.
