Pros

Benefits- Vacation and sick time given upon entry. The wages upon entry are fair and so we're the travel incentive; however those were taken away after 1 year of employment. Most staff were super nice, yet the Regional Director was extremely rude and condescending.

Cons

Lack of training and professionalism in supervisory roles; Compensation given for traveling expenses that were previously given; lack of training given to staff, yet setting high expectations in regards to paperwork and deadlines; Poor work/life balances; unrealistic expectations within the realm of your job; condescending regional director; file paperwork and files 'getting lost' and the staff over the specific case win blamed - when staff can produce documents made my copies to prove claim, no apologies or accountability to the 'manager' is given. Poor HR information given regarding any types of benefits which caused one to miss enrollment periods or gain the benefits needed for time off; such as short term disability benefits. No use of company phones or computers - you must use your own and make it 'company worthy' regardless of viruses or VPN's that limit use!! Staff and directors are very rude and condescending; constantly "passing the buck" to avoid consequence.

Pros

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
