      No support or direction False promises of promotion Clicky Management never gives you a straight answer Pay is horrible Group homes are filthy. Office is filthy

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
