      Coworkers are friendly and helpful. You have some control over your schedule, and can take as many or as few clients as fit into your schedule, as there are so many unstaffed cases (and a waitlist for services).

      Cons

      Pay is relatively low, but generally in line with the occupation and industry.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
