Pros
My immediate co-workers and immediate supervisor are incredible. I have felt camaraderie during my time with FBR. The consumers are great, too. I very much enjoy the work that I get to do. There are times that I feel overwhelmed, but I've always been sure that I can reach out and ask for help without being reprimanded.
Cons
Our corporate office is out of touch with what's going on with the field offices. It's hard to feel heard and I do not feel appreciated by upper management. Our holding company also seems to be lacking a connection to the purpose of our services.
