Free luncheons from medication reps (but only if given permission to attend) Had weekends and major holidays off

Cons

Pay is terrible- you'd be better off serving at a restaurant full time Health insurance is a joke. You pay so much a month for a terrible insurance coverage. You can get something a lot cheaper on your own. Management doesn't do anything except sit around and think of drama to start.

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
