The SMT leads a great team at Clarrow that has good values and promotes an inclusive culture. So far, my experience with Clarrow has been excellent. After working within the recruitment marketing space for 5+ years, Clarrow has been a breath of fresh air, and Tyler has been phenomenal. He recognises the significance of Marketing in enabling a brand, particularly a startup. He is very collaborative and lets you get on with the job. Clarrow places a high value on quality of delivery, which is unusual for most recruitment agencies. Clarrow takes a consultative and collaborative approach to relationship building, understanding that human interaction is the most important aspect of recruitment, developing rapport with clients and candidates. Clarrow has invested heavily in creating a positive culture within the company, and despite having multiple offices in Australia and Hong Kong, there is still a sense of team.
