Pros
Great people, good pay, nice benefits, as long as you use the current tools freedom to design software as one pleases.
Cons
Whole technical stack outdated, serious issues with non technical management, not truly a dev shop as non technical managers don't really trust internal development teams they prefer to buy software as long as is low-cost and fast to implement solutions.
