Pros
It is a great company where the work is very dynamic and there is a lot of communication and work with the collaborators. You are always learning and in the area where I worked I was allowed to innovate with many strategies, equipment and Occupational Health and Safety maneuvers
Cons
It is a very large company and many things must be done without having a clear and ordered priority to follow and comply with.
