Claro is growing at a steady pace within one of the most important industries of the country. This gives it’s employees a stable job.
Cons
Culture of overworking with no life/work balance. Non existing career development path for individual contributors. Remote positions are limited, an oxymoron for a tech company: +800 private vehicles commuting every work day into the Headquarters, during the COVID restrictions there were none. Employee perks reduced to none.
