Pros
Nice & friendly people. Shoe making craft is awesome. Ethical Company. Some cool collabs that you won't have anything to do with. Money can be good if your face fits. Go in high as it won't change.
Cons
Unless you come in at grade 5, don't expect to move up. No budget for anything. No training in 6 years of working there. It will literally take 25 years to go from the bottom of the pay bracket to the top, but with inflation everyone just rides the bottom. So don't think after a year or two you will go up the pay scale. Most likely you'll do more and better work than the person above you. A lot of people are on 30 years service with zero vision. Meeting after meeting about what to do and people are so political you won't make any changes. You'll get frustrated and leave. I can go on and on.... Bonus scheme only for 5 and above, which they get however under 5's don't sometimes even get cost of living.
