More over time than you can shake a stick at. Nice corporate environment get fat and rich off the backs of operations staff.
Cons
Toxic fear based work environment for all operations staff. Insane turn over on top of random firings so they don't have to pay you over the winter, then wonder why there's so much incompetence. Severe lack of pay. Beg you to work on other crews especially night crew then proceed to yell at you for getting over time. Completely ignore their PHD's advice on how to treat water bodies properly then turn around and claim to be science oriented and backed. Not shy about asking you to dump chemicals into bodies of water illegally so they can meet their EPA quotas for on site chemical limits over winter. Also very retaliatory for standing up for the right thing.
